A new page: it’s about maps of walks I have done…though sometimes, I have forgotten to switch the app on when I start a walk, or forget to unpause it when I take a break!
Have a dekko at it!

A great way to spend time, on the wood lathe….and if it doesn’t turn out, climb the learning curve a bit more, and create firewood!
Today’s efforts, made using offcuts of some oak kitchen worktop:
and from my earlier work:
this is an Unstone Flysaway
and various fruit bowls…
This is a (low res) file of the calendar I have produced for Donmog, a local centre of the Morgan Sports Car Club. A high res version is available for you to download and print yourselves, though I can produce a printed version if you wish. Contact me.
A present from my family while we were on holiday in Norfolk! This is an APC tracked vehicle at the Muckleburgh Collection, not too far from Cromer. 3 fast laps of the circuit there…great fun, and I got a certificate too! Passengers were James, Drew and Rach!
Do flies land in your beer when you are relaxing on the patio? Well, they will trouble you no more if you use an Unstone Flysaway…..new from the creative workshops, where the Internationally Acclaimed Award-winning Unstone Grip was developed a few years ago. Hand crafted from the finest woods, this specially grooved work of art will keep your ale safe between sips.
today’s bowls: a similar to yesterday’s square one, but with the corners cut off, and a tiny round one!
I am now self isolating, nut thankfully, had a negative PCR test. So, lots of jobs being done here at home…I made this square bowl today, only 7 inches square, but nice!
and here it is, with 5 apples on it!
My pal J B Stephens has borrowed my roll bar for the rest of the motorsport season, he became aware he needed a diagonal, something which is not fitted to his…so with the deft use of a few spanners, and a visit from him, mine was soon removed, and he winged his way back to wildest Cheshire with it…he now tells me it has been swapped over, and let’s hope the rest of the season is a good one for him….
