Round Sheffield Walk

A 15 mile walk, around Sheffield. 8 of us started from the Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow, taking in some great tracks, woods, superb views, great company. After 7 odd miles, we called in at the New Inn on Hemsworth Road to be met by two dry beer pumps. One pint of St Miguel later, (each) we headed off and found ourselves in the Broadfield, superb ale, could have stayed there for more. However, time was pressing on, so we headed for Hunters Bar, and the chance of ice creams in Endcliffe Park. Then on up the Mayfield Valley reaching our destination, for a well earned Farmers Blonde….. a good day.
