Back to work on 1215

The loco I helped restore, built in 1917, and served the trenches in WW1, needed a bit of smartening up after its winter lay-up, so a team of 4 of us headed over to Apedale, its home, to do the work..This involved cleaning, scraping and painting various parts….and after a good day (with no biscuits!) went away happy with what we had done…Check out the Apedale website: https://avlr.org.uk/
